"Let me start off by saying that Aldo and his crew are amazing. I have a 2004 Range Rover HSE  that for some reason needed a new tranny. They were amazing, PERFECT from the get go. I called Gearmasters and they took care of me from the start. They towed my car from my place ( which took under an hour from when I called Gearmasters to when they were at my house towing my car). Up front they were honest and very sincere. They treated me like I was family. They made it a point to put me the customer first and it felt that it was never about them. Long story short Aldo and his crew repaired what was needed  and for that I am grateful. I got different quotes from different place Range Rover wanted nine thousand. I paid less than half. "This is the best transmission shop I have ever seen.  It is spotless.  The owner Aldo and his employees are 100% honest and do what they say they are going to do.  We brought in our Honda Accord last month to check a jerky shifting problem, and after three days of checking all sorts of things and not charging us anything they discovered that the transmission was completely shot.  Not good news for us, but what are you going to do?  Aldo and his guys rebuilt the transmission in less than two days.  The car runs very smooth now.  I hate going to repair places as you never feel good about the outcome.  Gearmaster is the best.  i would reccomend them to anyone.  They are honest and you can trust them!"

"Gearmaster was extremely helpful with my situation.

I have a 1994 izusu Trooper with over 150,000 miles.
Transmission finally went on it at a really tough financial period.
Aldo and the Gearmaster did everything possible to get my daughter's Truck up and running. Aldo kept me informed of the progress, and was VERY FAIR in keeping me within my budget. The truck is running great, and if needed in the future our family cars are coming to GEARMASTER!!!

"My Ford Aerostar (with 151,000 miles on it) was having shifting problems that were getting increasingly frequent, so it looked like it was time to get it fixed before taking the next long trip.

Yelp had such good reviews for Gearmaster and Aldo that I decided to give them a try, and took the car to the shop for an evaluation.  Right away I was impressed with the orderliness and cleanliness of the shop.

Aldo road tested the car and determined that the transmission would have to be rebuilt to fix the problems, and gave me an estimate that seemed pretty reasonable, so I decided to have them do the rebuild.

Complications arose, and the job took longer than estimated, but Aldo made sure the job was done right and at the right price.  My car now shifts like it did 14 years ago -- smooooooooooth -- thanks to Aldo and the guys at Gearmaster."

"I went to this place after reading the reviews on yelp. The owner Aldo is great to work with. I am happy with the service I got.

Things I liked: Quality of work, customer service, and open to saving the $$

Things I didn't like: Takes too long for giving an estimate, Doesn't look at overall health of the vehicle(For example, I ended up spending $4k on rebuilt transmission and several other stuff, but alternator failed one week later)..

But, overall, they seem to be honest compared to other repair shops..
